This password reset tool is designed to allow you to reset your password on your own, without assistance from Carroll County Schools personnel.

If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key, click here
If you do not have an Activation Key, click here
If you do NOT have a parent portal account, please visit your student's school. If you have more than one student, please visit the oldest student's school. You will have to show picture ID and sign for the activation key. This is only used one time to create the account. The activation key is under YOUR name and not your student's. Please verify that YOUR name is at the top of the Person Summary Report that the school will give you with your activation code. If the Person Summary report has your students' name at the top, please ask for YOUR code. The code is unique to each person. Each parent should have their own portal account. If you have more than one student enrolled in our schools, you will be able to see each of the student's information with this one code.
Attention Parents - To create the account after receiving your activation key, click on the orange HELP icon and click on the "If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key, click here."
ATTENTION Students - if you have had your account reset in the last year, you can click on the orange HELP icon and click Forgot Your Password link.
Students and Parents - If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, please click on the orange HELP icon above. On the next screen, please click on the appropriate link.
If you do not have an email address in the system associated with your name, the USERNAME option will probably not work. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
To be able to use the self-service password option in the future, please log into your portal account, click on Account Managment. Please set the security images and enter an email address so the system can email you the temporary link to recover your password WITHOUT emailing the help desk. Enter the requested information and SAVE. (FYI - your current portal password maybe the temporary one that you requested thru the school and/or email@example.com)
